Cipher 19 was an agent of Jantric Dorzun and a former Cipher agent for Imperial Intelligence. He now an operative of the Exchange and the sole commander of the Unseen forces. There is not much information on this Agent other than his appearance, his exploits and that he tends to slip away quite often.

History

Talent Discovered

During the early months of the Third Great Galactic War, Cipher 19 was sent to a Republic SpecForce Academy as part of a mission by Keeper to assassinate Catri Niachei, but the Intel given to him by Watcher 24 was bad, as well as the fake ID. Cipher was briefly subdued by military police at the Republic base after a soldier realized he wasn't who he claimed he was. Cipher waited until he was out of sight of that soldier and his team and then escaped the cuffs and killed the military police officers. He acquired a new disguise as a means to get out of the base. The disguise he acquired was of a SpecForce trainee called Corporal Teinis. As the corporal, Cipher joined the briefing of his "team" late. When they arrived on Nal Hutta Cipher said he'd scout ahead, walking by all the Imperial patrols as Cipher 19 he went into the Imperial base and tricked the team with the help of Cipher 27 into believing that he was captured. They went in to rescue their "comrade" only to find themselves in a ray-shield. The medical officer Jayne Dorzun was already planning on defecting to the Republic and saw her opportunity here. She shot the ray shield projector and the Sith guards. Cipher 19 found himself surrounded by his former captives. When they scattered around the room performing different tasks he lunged for Collins' vibroknife. The soldier resisted and sliced Cipher's eyes out. The team escaped and Cipher was helped to a shuttle by an Imperial soldier. Cipher had arrived at a medical facility on Dromund Kaas where Dr. Prometheus Timorus and his college utilized Endecktus' new A-13 Project to give Cipher 19 cybernetic eyes and brain enhancements. Grand Moff Dorzun entered the room telling Timorus to tell Cipher to come to his flagship that was bombarding Azloc III, he had an offer for him. Upon awaking and getting used to his new enhancements Cipher 19 traveled to Dorzun's flagship as instructed. Dorzun saw his talent as an agent and gave him an offer: serve him and be granted an army of droids in his image doing the greatest spy-work in the galaxy, claiming he would be a legend among spies. Cipher accepted, eager to work for his new ally.

Crippling The Empire And Republic

Cipher 19 ordered Imperial forces under his command against Jedi Knight Jax Pavan and his Padawan Misaki Lain when they tried to rescue Sheadowie Athon from him, but revealing that she was bait so he could hack into their ship. He stowed at least 3 holo-droids on their ship during this time which he used at the Battle of Makeb against the Exchange invaders. He revealed himself while in disguise at the Republic base on Makeb because he realized the need for an Alliance to fight the Exchange. This was was all later revealed to be a ruse, as his true allegiance was to Dorzun and the Unseen. There was not a single operative during Shead's kidnapping (including the imposter of Infaltra) that wasn't secretly Cipher 19. During the raid on the last Infected Facility Cipher 19 also posed as Infaltra and Exzii after capturing the real Exzii. He created a tense situation where Damian revealed his force-sensitivity and broke the Holo-droid(that Cipher 19 was using to pose as Infaltra)'s arm in an effort to save "Exzii" from the clutches of the murderous "Infaltra". When Dorzun allied with the Exchange so did Cipher 19. Cipher 19 disguised as an SIS Commander and sent a strike team of Jedi and SIS agents on a doomed mission that (under his influence) broke the treaty and re-ignited the war of the Republic and the Sith Empire. Cipher 19 also infiltrated Republic Command and pushed for the Agents to be fired ,but his infiltration wasn't broad enough as they were negotiated out of that. Even after the death of Dorzun, Cipher 19 remained an operative of the exchange.

The New Galactic Order

Cipher 19 helped the Exchange win the war and establish the New Galactic Order.
